Side gusset bag has three different heat seal method. It can be back sealed, side sealed and four sides sealed, just choose it according to your love. Four sides sealed method, each edge will be heat sealed equably so the best tightness. Compared with three side sealed bags, it has more both sides, so it can pack more weight and stand to some extent. Side gusset bag is similar to flat bottom pouch, but flat bottom pouch production process is complex and high-cost. By comparison, side gusset bag can stand lightly and large storage space and reduce the manufacturing cost, these are the advantages of side gusset bag.

Side gusset bag can not be with zipper, it depends on the bag-making machine, some clients will heat seal the open and others use the tin tie after packed.

—-We need know what detailed products will be packed, so give some advice on the material and thickness. If you have it, just let us know.

—-Then, the bag size for length, width and bottom. If you don’t have it, we can send some sample bags to test and check quality together. After tested, just measure the size by ruler end to end.

—-For printing design, show us to check print plate numbers if ok, normally AI or CDR or EPS or PSD or PDF vector graph format. We can provide blank template based on correct size if need.

—-Bag details for tear mouth, hang hole, round corner or direct corner, regular or tear zipper, clear window or not, give correct quotation.
