For packaging line, there are several different printing method. Gravure printing holds very large market share because of high quality printing, bright-colored, clear printing level, high print resistance and thick ink layer. Gravure printing works by plates or cylinders which were curved your design. Each color need one plate, 5 plates if 5 colors printed, up to 9 colors for our high-speed printing machine. The printing machine has automatic adjustment feature so high-quality and clearer printing, it will affect the pouch exterior finally.

For printing ink, it is also one important thing. If we choose suitable ink, it can reduce the quality problem follow-up. Normally, we choose ink based on the different materials, printing conditions, design and post-processing. The material type, thickness and products-packed also be taken into consideration. There has one special packaging printing ink–UV ink. It can make stand up pouch matt and glossy admixture on surface, some parts are matt finish but others are glossy finish. It is just based on your thoughts, UV printing attracts some faithful clients.

—-We need know what detailed products will be packed, so give some advice on the material and thickness. If you have it, just let us know.

—-Then, the bag size for length, width and bottom. If you don’t have it, we can send some sample bags to test and check quality together. After tested, just measure the size by ruler end to end.

—-For printing design, show us to check print plate numbers, normally AI or CDR or EPS or PSD or PDF vector graph format. We can provide blank template based on correct size if need.

—-Bag details for tear mouth, hang hole, round corner or direct corner, regular or tear zipper, clear window or not, give correct quotation.
